who are we ?
We are a Rwandan Non-Governmental Organization that operates pursing the law No 04/2012 of 17/02/2012 governing the organization and the functioning of national non-governmental organizations in Rwanda; and registered by the Rwanda Governance Board, with a legal personality No 100/RGB/NGO/2016. We exist to improve inclusion of children with disabilities and their families in Bugesera district through a Community Based Inclusive Development program.
Meet our Founders
Joseph is a Child development specialist and he has also a background in Physiotherapy. Joseph has been working to empower families of children with disabilities since 2013 just after CECHE Foundation was created. His work extends to national level where he provides technical support to the national social workforce for an inclusive reintegration of children with
disabilities from institutions to
family based care; as well as the
development of a national CBR
program in Rwanda.
nyandwi Pierre claver
Claver is a Physiotherapist with clinical
and community experience in
Pediatric Rehabilitation and
Management of orthopedic cases.
He is head of physiotherapy
department at Remera Rukoma
hospital, a district hospital located
in Kamonyi district. Claver holds a
BSc in Physiotherapy from the
University of Rwanda.
Jeanine is an Electrical Engineer
specialized in Renewable Energy.
Apart from teaching at the
University of Rwanda, College of
Science and Technology,
Jeannine is also a mentor in
Jeannine holds an MSc in
Renewable Energy from the
University of Agder, Norway. Being a Mother, raising a child with developmental challenges, Jeannine is self-motivated to promote interventions empowering parents.
ruhamya byuma bonaparte
Bonaparte has interest in risk management
especially in financial services and has worked pension funds. Hisexperience with the insurance
industry and social security
services ranges from statistical
analysis and research to strategic
planning and monitoring. He hold
an MSc in Actual Science from
Heriot-Watt University, UK.
Inclusion in the community: Niyoyabikoze Claver Reponse, was born on August 2017. He is a brave first born boy in a small family of three, resident of Kibungo cell in Ntarama sector.
